Enthalpy heat exchanger has an efficiency of up to 90% due to the accumulating mass of high thermal sensitivity. Frost-resistant up to -25°C. The moisture recovery value exceeds 70%.

DESIGN AND PROJECT WARRANTY

Accuair heat recovery system complies with the ECO Design Directive 1253 of 2018: high heat recovery efficiency values offset the power consumption of the fans. As a result, producers can create more compact units with 90% efficiency. The high efficiency compensates for the slightly higher pressure drop values due to the filters.

ENTHALPY EXCHANGER WORKING PRINCIPLE
MOISTURE RECOVERY

The heat recovery ventilation system has a specific enthalpy storage structure, therefore it is able to recover the moisture contained in the exhaust air in winter by up to 70%. Thanks to this, a too dry indoor climate are avoided during cold weather.

ANTIFREEZE

The heat recovery system is frost-resistant up to -25 °C, thus it does not require additional systems such as bypass or preheating. The high-performance heat accumulator is the most efficient heat recovery system for air treatment systems on the market today.

POWER CONTROL

 

The adjustment of the performance occurs through the variation in the time interval of the frequency deviation of the dampers, which can be adjusted from 100% to 0%. With 0% value, the dampers are no longer changed and it enables a free cooling of the building through the air entrance. The gradual adjustment of the system is regulated through a 0-10 V external signal.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

  • The heat recovery ventilation system consists of two static storage masses alternately heated by the warm exhausted air.
  • The damper system serves to direct the airflow inwards and outwards into the respective accumulation zones.
  • The sector loaded with warm exhaust air is used in the next cycle for incoming air. The supply air is heated almost to the temperature of the indoor environment and brought into the building through the air inlet.
  • After the sector with the air inlet is discharged, it is automatically converted on the flow of exhausted air. Thus the sector heats up again in the next cycle.
